Our goat cheese are made exclusively with full goat milk, either "cabichou" type, of small size, for quick consumption, or "tomme" type.

During three months in summer the goats live up at Alp Somdoss, at 2260 m, at the foot of Mount Varuna, where they are free to roam on about 200 hectars of pasture.

The uncontaminated nature offers a variety of ideally suited grass for he goats' nutrition. The sheds on the alp lodge all the goats, which spend the night under cover and on a fresh straw floor.

The goats are milked twice daily in a diary shed by milking machines.
